Resort Information

St. Wolfgang is world renowned for its beautiful 15th Century church. Its traditional centre is a maze of cobbled streets lined with attractive frescoed houses, shops and cafés, with their terraces boasting superb lake views. Lake steamers carry you across to nearby resorts, while the rack-and-pinion railway takes you up to the peak of the Schafberg. NEW for 2009 you can join our Thomson walking guide on 2 FREE weekly guided walks, a great way to explore the area. Culture and music are very much part of St. Wolfgang's fine tradition, with regular events taking place all summer.
