Resort Information
The charming village of Söll lies in a sunny valley alongside the Hohe Salve mountain. The frescoed houses and domed church of Söll are typically Tirolean, as are the welcoming bars and cafés. Söll has a superb swimming complex with indoor and outdoor pools and fun park with volleyball, basketball and soccer as well as wonderful walking trails for the more active. Local traditions are still very much alive in the village with festivals and parades part of everyday summer life.

Getting About
A 7 day Bergwelt Walkers' Pass is available locally for approx. £34. This allows unlimited use of 13 lifts in the local area (please note: some lifts may not open until mid-June). Other durations are available. There are local bus services from Söll to Kuftstein (25 minutes), St. Johann (35 minutes) and Wörgl (25 minutes) as well as a FREE "Kaiserjet" bus to the neighbouring villages of Itter, Scheffau, Ellmau and Going. From Wörgl station there are train services to Innsbruck and Munich.
Strollers
There are several gentle walks from Söll up to the Moor Lake and along the valley to Scheffau.
Ramblers
The Hohe Salve gondola from Söll gives access to 550km of walking paths in the Bergwelt area area for some harder walks.
Hikers
The Wilder Kaiser mountain range offers some excellent climbs up to the jagged peaks including overnight stays in mountain huts.
