Thomson believe in honesty and as well as trying to ensure accurate information throughout our brochures and websites, we publish the views of our recent customers - at the end of every holiday we ask our customers to complete a Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire, the results of which are then analysed by an independent market research company. These scores then feature in our brochure and allow you to see how resorts and accommodation have fared in our customers’ opinion. |
